I havent been to this shop since they relocated and I certainty wont come back.My wife dropped our bikes off for a minor tune up,tires,a new saddle for her bike and a new computer for mine.I went in to pick up the bikes and there was only one couple being assisted by an saleseman.I walked up to the front counter where young man was at a computer,never acknowledged that I was there,no hello,no I will be right with you no nothing.So I said I was here to pick up two bikes that were being repaired.I"ll be with you in a minute.OK..Finally finished what he was doing and went to get the bikes,brought mine out,no computer.I asked about it and he stared blankly at the work order and said I dont see it.Than asked nonchalantly, do you want one?Well not now,Ill give my money to someone that gives a rats ass.He didnt care.Than went to get the other bike,brought it out and instead of reinstalling the seat saddle that was on the old seat it was strapped to the frame.Two stupid bolts to reinstall.LAZY!!Then he said that will be $ 520.00.I asked could you please tell me what Im being charged for because at this point I had no idea.Well that was really a pain for him. I paid and he said do you need help getting the other bike to the car.(No I want to make two trips while there is nobody in the store at this point)So I made two trips while he sat on his lazy ass doing nothing.WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible service. I gave two stars because I want to be able to lower if my chain falls off.
Staff was curteous and well informed, my repairs were promptly completed and i would definitely recommend them.
If you don't want to be charged an arm and leg for stupid work watch a YouTube video and save yourself some money because they are so over priced
