I've been in the store a few times and they are GREAT! Very informative and never any pressure to buy.

Trek Atlanta sales and service are top shelf. My recent service experience with my wife's fuel 8 was impeccable. Pat in the service dept is very customer centric. Will recommend without reservation.

The whole staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to find the bike I wanted even though it wasn't in stock. They outfitted it the way I wanted and helped fit it to my body with the Guru System. Well worth the drive from Cobb County!

I went in near closing time and still received top of the line support. The staff went above and beyond to help discover the best product for me, make sure I enjoy it and it fits for me, and didn't cut corners.

Took my Chinese made pos bike in there to get built up. I know that I spent $1259 on Amazon for an amazing carbon fiber bike. I understand that these guys are Trek dealers. I've owned a Trek and I believe in their quality and price. The sad part about my experience is that I needed a professional build on my box bike. What I got was something I could have done at home. They didn't true my rims as they surely would do on all of their bikes and didn't take much of an effort to make sure that my bike was 100% up to specs. Why pay to have a bike put together by people you expect to have the knowledge and pride to build bikes yet when you don't buy their bikes...You feel like you're looked down on. These folks are stuck up and on their high horse. I am an experienced mountain bike rider and I don't like people in the bike industry that rip others off. I look at where my money goes and where it's wasted. I wasted my money at Atlanta Trek in Peachtree Ciry for a build that ultimately wasn't done properly. I think that Atlanta Trek should really look into the art of riding and the essence of it rather than making their next big sale with markups as high as 50% on components. Take pride in all bikes! Love them all! That's what's needed...The rude associates are not not working out for you. My girlfriend bought a Trek from you as well. She and I both will take our bikes to other places and make our purchases some place else. Furthermore, when I'm at Bear Creek or doing a trail somewhere, I'll let all the riders know about my terrible experience there. I'm not one to write reviews and when I do it's a super good one or a terrible one. Riders beware
