Please have lots of cash available. It was $275 to snake the line. It backed up again immediately and so the next day they come out and snake it to get the stuff they didn't get the first time. That was another $275. So now I'm up to $550. They did promise (if it is actually needed) to waive the next unclogging and the camera fee would be hourly. However, in writing it turns out they only will waive the unclog but I will pay the full camera fee, which is quite a bit more. Again, have lots in your checking account before you call.
They were excellent and very professional. They knew what they were doing and got me fixed all in the same day. Would highly recommend Fitzgerald and sons to anyone.
Very very disappointed. Never have I written a review and I am disappointed this has to be negative. Called Fitzgetald at 7:45 a.m. And was given a "window" of all day. So I stayed home all day. Cancelled everything. Carried the phone all day. Got a call at 4:50 pm saying they can't get to me. I could make an appointment for next Tuesday. Had I known this at 7 am I certainly would have made other plans. I read the negative reviews here and decided to give the benefit of doubt. Big mistake. Just be honest when someone calls, their time is also important.
Called late one afternoon with a relatively minor issue. They tried to come that afternoon, but couldn't, but they DID call to tell me they wouldn't which was nice. They were there first thing the next morning and handled the job very quickly, no muss no fuss. Friendly. Professional. Charged the minimum. ($79) A great experience.
