Best service I've had in any retail store ever.
I have looked for obscure hardware and eyelets, boat cleats, rope, bolts of specific size. Gilroys had it all, no home improvement stores did.
Gilroys is our go to hardware store. They usually have what we need and are always very helpful. My complaint is that they only stock women's work gloves in "hot pink". They also do not stock mens work gloves in the size small so my only option was one brand, and hot pink. Please consider stocking from a brand that does not categorize women into the "pink" category.
