Really helpful from the moment I walked into the store and the person at the front door announced my arrival to a sales person in the department I was planning to shop. The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful without pushing and patient. He responded to my list of requirements by offering 3 options. It's hard to find good service these days and it was definitely provided on this visit!

Went to the store to purchase a computer monitor. The one I wanted was not in stock, so the assistant said she would see if that model was available online for order. (A.) She could not log into her own computer. Another employee had to help her log on. (B.) She could not find the Best Buy site. The other employee had to help her find the Best Buy site. (C.) She had trouble locating the other item. The other employee found it and when he did, she made sure she would be the one completing the purchase. (D.) She takes my information (name, shipping address, phone number) and rings up the purchase. I have the receipt emailed to me. I was told not to worry, everything was set and it would be at my home in 2 days. (E.) I check my email before leaving the area and guess what...a receipt but no order information. I asked where the order information should be on the receipt. She replies, "Don't worry about it, it is all there." I asked again, are you sure..."Yes". (F.) I go home, call the Best Buy 800 number...no order. Call the store, the manager says, "Oh, you are correct, there was no order placed for you." Very unhappy former customer.

Best place to upgrade your phone's. Helpful staff and great deals

It has been a few years since I visited thus Best Buy store because service was horrible. However, I have gone twice in a month, and received great service and advice. Thanks.

I had a very great experience from beginning to end at this Best Buy. I ordered the TV's online while at work and by the time I got off they were ready to be picked up. The gentleman in the front brought it out to my car which they had me pull up to the front. And that was it. I'm was gone.. 20 mins tops.
