I have been a client at Ici Paris for over 15 years. This is a beautiful and professionally run spa. They offer the most amazing facial and skin treatments. The massage staff is amazing as well. The owners are very involved in offering the best experience ever. Rosehill place for wedding parties to have services done. Best spa around hands down.
Update on the above: Received a phone call from Ici Paris Day Spa checking if I would like to schedule an appointment with them since today’s appointment didn’t go well. They also offered that they would be willing to provide a $10 discount on the price of massage. Firstly, when one makes phone call to undo the mistake that happened, one apologizes with a sympathetic tone which didn’t happen in this case. Secondly, a $10 discount on $82 service (after 45 minutes of wait) sounds insulting than “let’s have you back at our spa, we wouldn’t want to lose a customer”. I wouldn’t want to go back and I think I will find another spa who are good with their customer service.
Ici Paris is absolutely lovely. I came here the day before my wedding for some spa time with the girls, and it was an incredible experience. The best massage I've ever had. I felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed. Every time I go back, it's perfect. Staff is wonderful and facility is beautiful and clean. Thank you guys for always being so amazing!
I go to Ici Paris in Peachtree City for all of my beauty needs. Ania does the best mani/pedi and eye lash extenions. My feet have never been in such good shape. The estheticians keep my brows in shape and skin looking young. I enjoy the front desk staff everytime I go in for a service it is a treat.
I have had massages and a facial at different times in the last 3 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I would recommend Ici Paris to anyone!
My first appointment today at Icy Paris Day Spa was to say the least, the worst experience I have had in a while. I was here for a massage and checked in 10 minutes early as mentioned on the website. After notifying the front desk, I was asked to wait in the lounge and someone was to come and fetch me for the session. wait I did, for 45 minutes and within that time no one from the facility came to check if everything was alright. When I went to the front desk to talk about the excessive wait time, I was told that the "masseuse was already in and she forgot to come and get me?". My question is when you are working in a facility, and you have been scheduled to attend to someone at a stipulated time, how do you forget to do that? what was further disappointing was the reason that was given by the masseuse. Also, neither the front desk nor the masseuse's apology sounded genuine. I was excited about this massage as this was supposed to be my first prenatal massage but the whole experience made me furious. Talk about going to a place to ease your stress and come out stressed than you were before. If yelp had zero star, I would give that. Extremely disappointed.
